We are seeking an exceptional Building Manager / Front of House Manager to take sole responsibility for the day-to-day management of a newly refurbished, high-end commercial office building in Central London. This is a unique, client-facing role combining traditional building management with a premium front-of-house service. The successful candidate will be the on-site ambassador for the building, ensuring flawless operations, exceptional presentation, and a seamless occupier experience at all times.

The role suits a highly organised, proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and takes pride in running a building to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall day-to-day operational management of the building
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the occupier
  • Cleaning, waste, security and maintenance
  • Carry out regular building inspections and audits
  • Manage reactive issues and coordinate planned preventative maintenance
Front of House & Client Experience
  • Provide a professional, discreet and welcoming front-of-house presence
  • Act as the “face of the building” for all visitors and guests
  • Manage visitor access and security protocols
  • Ensure reception and common areas are maintained to an impeccable standard
  • Support the occupier with day-to-day requests in a proactive and service-led manner
