The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, career-building role. You\’ll be instrumental in identifying and nurturing client and operator relationships outside London, becoming a specialist in regional markets. The role has a clear path to owning this part of the business and building a team, making it ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage businesses seeking flexible office solutions across UK regional markets
  • Generate new business leads through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, operators, and local partners
  • Assist with client requirements, briefings, property searches, and viewings coordination
  • Develop strong knowledge of key regional cities (e.g., Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol)
  • Foster relationships with workspace operators and landlords in regional areas
  • Maintain CRM records, report on pipeline activity, and contribute to team KPIs
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking functions throughout the UK
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to refine and execute the regional expansion strategy

What We\’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years\’ experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or commercial real estate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of a growing market
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
  • Interest in flexible workspace, commercial property, or the future of work is a strong plus
  • Ambition to progress into a leadership role and help shape our regional team
