My client are a facilities management and hospitality focused real estate business, specialising in the delivery of flexible, fully managed workspaces. With a focus on hospitality and cost-certainty, they release companies from the burden of self-delivering their in-office services and help them to curate a workspace and a culture compatible with their goals and objectives.

Role Overview:

A junior role is now needed to support the team with key data and necessary

administrative tasks, as well as client-facing activities such as building tours, presentations and pitches. This is a significant opportunity for the right person. In joining a start-up in its relative infancy, your growth and potential is uncapped. You will gain hands-on experience in the commercial property sector and contribute to the growth of a start-up business focused on our own culture of high-performance, enjoyment and winning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Property Onboarding: Assist with pricing analysis and onboarding properties to our database and website.
  • Property Viewing Packs: Prepare tailored property viewing packs in response to market requirements and client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Support the creation of compelling proposals and presentations for client opportunities.
  • Database Management: Ensure property listings are accurate and up to date across our systems and platforms.
  • Market Interface: Respond promptly to market requirements and client enquiries.
  • Website Updates: Regularly update the website to reflect new property listings and company information.
  • Property Viewings: Attend property viewings to gain a deeper understanding of the spaces we manage, and support client interactions as needed.
