Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our Commercial Property & Asset Management team based in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to develop their expertise in property management and progress towards becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor through the APC pathway.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, including offices, retail, and industrial assets.
- Support senior colleagues in tenant liaison, ensuring positive relationships and high levels of customer service.
- Assist with the preparation and management of service charge budgets and reconciliations.
- Undertake property inspections, reporting on condition and occupancy matters.
- Monitor and follow up on rent collection, arrears, and lease compliance.
- Coordinate and instruct contractors, consultants, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
- Support with lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations.
- Assist in preparing client reports and asset performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, best practice, and health & safety requirements.

- RICS accredited degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
