As a Community Manager, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for all tenants, making sure customers and guests receive the best possible experience;
- Carrying out regular building walks to achieve high visual standards in accordance with the building standards checklist;
- Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, following up with customers accordingly;
- Providing excellent meeting room service and hospitality, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service;
- Overseeing customer on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless welcome;
- Working in partnership with the General Manager, supporting day to day on site operations, and assisting with the wider portfolio;
- Ensuring the building is H&S and Fire Safety compliant at all times.
