We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project/Development Manager to support the delivery of a growing pipeline of high-quality refurbishment and repositioning projects across London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling business focused on transforming existing buildings into modern, design-led spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple renovation and repositioning projects simultaneously, with contract values ranging from £500k to £5m+
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from acquisition support through to delivery and completion
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure high-quality finishes and consistent standards across all developments
- Monitor site progress through regular visits across London
- Support the scaling of operations, with involvement in launching projects in new UK markets from 2026
Project Scope
- Large HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)
- Office-to-residential conversions (Permitted Development)
- Heritage and listed building refurbishments
- Simultaneous management of 10+ live projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in property development, construction, or project management
- Strong understanding of refurbishment and conversion projects
