We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and commercially minded Junior Sales Executive to join our growing serviced office business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1 year's experience in sales, customer service or a commercial support role who is looking to develop their career in the flexible workspace industry.

The role combines sales administration, broker relationship management, enquiry handling and conducting office viewings with prospective clients.

You will play an important role in supporting the sales team, building relationships with commercial property brokers and helping convert enquiries into new customers.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, personable, well-organised and keen to learn, with the ambition to develop into a more senior sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries via email, telephone and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, availability schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments, office viewings and follow-up communications.
  • Support the sales team with pipeline management and general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.

Broker Relationships

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial property agents and serviced office brokers.
  • Respond to broker enquiries, providing accurate availability, pricing and office information.
  • Proactively communicate new availability, promotions and workspace opportunities to broker contacts.
  • Assist with organising broker visits, familiarisation tours and relationship-building activities.
  • Help develop and maintain an up-to-date broker contact database.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing broker relationships and generate additional enquiries.

Sales & Office Viewings

  • Conduct professional and engaging office viewings with prospective customers and brokers.
  • Understand prospective clients' workspace requirements and recommend suitable office solutions.
  • Present the benefits of our office locations, facilities and services confidently.
  • Follow up with prospects after viewings to answer questions and progress opportunities.
  • Assist with negotiating and converting enquiries into completed sales, with support from senior colleagues.
  • Develop an understanding of occupancy levels, pricing and commercial sales targets.

Team & Business Support

  • Work closely with centre management and operations teams to ensure accurate office availability information.
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials and promoting available office space.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and sales process.
  • Support wider business development initiatives and sales campaigns.

About You

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in sales.

  • Approximately 1 year's experience in a sales, customer service, account management or administrative role.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships over the phone, by email and face-to-face.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally experience using a CRM system.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude.
  • An interest in sales and a desire to develop commercial skills.
  • Experience within serviced offices, flexible workspace, commercial property or hospitality.
  • Previous experience managing customer enquiries or arranging appointments.
