We’re looking for an Outbound Operations Specialist to support the build of a consistent, scalable, and high-performing outbound engine across Enterprise UKI and EU. You’ll be working closely with Sales and Marketing to execute and optimise outbound campaigns, ensuring strong adoption, performance, and alignment with signal‑led targeting. This is a hybrid role and is open to applicants located within commuting distance of Hootsuite's London office. In this role, you will report to the Outbound Strategy Director. Please note that the role may include 10% of travel to events; other Hootsuite offices, etc.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and maintain outbound cadences in Gong Engage, ensuring campaigns are live, accurate, and adopted across teams.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns across key accounts, including hands‑on outreach to validate messaging and improve performance.
- Support the implementation of signal‑based targeting and messaging into scalable outbound plays and campaigns.
- Work with outbound tools and workflows (Gong Engage, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Cognism), ensuring data accuracy and usage consistency, and optimisation.
- Assist in mapping stakeholders and buying groups within key accounts to support more effective, account‑based engagement.
- Track campaign performance (activity, meetings, conversion rates) and report results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with and support reps on outbound execution, ensuring consistency in how tools, cadences, and messaging are used across teams.
- Provide feedback and insights from campaign performance to support improvements in outbound strategy, workflows, and nurture approaches.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Some years of experience in SDR, outbound, campaign execution, or growth‑focused roles within a B2B environment.
- Hands‑on experience executing outbound campaigns and working directly with prospects (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Good understanding of outbound tools and workflows (e.g. Gong Engage, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Cognism or similar).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously.
- Basic commercial awareness, with an understanding of how outbound activity translates into pipeline and revenue.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft effective messaging for different personas and industries.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
- Interest in developing expertise in outbound execution, operations, and enablement, rather than a near‑term transition into a quota‑carrying AE role.
Accountability: holds self accountable to meet commitments.
Priority Setting: focuses time/energy on the most important tasks with guidance where needed; clearly understands how to assess the importance of tasks and decisions.
Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritising team needs over individual needs.
Who You Are
- Solution seeker: You’re focused on tackling new challenges, solving problems, and moving the business forward—and you don’t wait to be asked.
- Lifelong learner: You have a growth mindset – you’re here to learn, experiment, seek, apply, and provide feedback, share what works with your team, and move on from what doesn’t.
- Resilient adapter: In the face of change and challenges, you bring a thoughtful, calm approach, and a focus on finding the new opportunity.
- Intentional collaborator: You build positive working relationships across the business, bringing people together to foster new opportunities and to facilitate the efficient flow of information.
- Critical challenger: You have the trust in your team to ask difficult questions in order to get to the best end result.
- Active communicator: You listen actively and communicate ideas and information clearly, inclusively, and proactively.
- Integrated thinker: You look beyond your role and responsibilities to understand how your team’s work drives broader organizational goals.
- Accountable owner: You take pride in the work you’re responsible for with a mindset of ultimate accountability and reliability for the outcomes.
- Bar‑raiser: You step up to help your team grow and succeed, even when that means going beyond what might be expected.
In all we do, our six guiding principles light the way:
- Step Up: Dare to go beyond the expected to achieve greatness.
- One Team: Make Hootsuite a place we soar together by respecting each other’s individuality, building trust, and showing up for the team.

- Play to Win: Commit to building an incredible, profitable company for our customers, our employees, and our stakeholders.
- Neighbours & Allies: Give back to our communities and be an ally.
Accommodations: Accommodations will be provided as requested by candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
