We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help with various aspects of product management, from initial research to post launch activities. In this role, you'll assist in product discovery and customer research to inform decisions. You’ll support a wide range of internal stakeholders from the engineering, product marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive user experience. This role is open to applicants located in London, England; Luxembourg, Luxembourg and Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will report to the Group Product Manager.
What You’ll Do
- This role is centered within the Identity & User Management, and Billing areas.
- Assist in research projects and customer discovery initiatives to inform product decisions.
- Review, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Participate in day‑to‑day activities with Engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery support.
- Help teams remove blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve prioritization conflicts.
- Analyze performance metrics and help the Product Manager to make informed decisions.
- Support communication and visibility of product initiatives to the organization, particularly marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Collaborate with product and user interface designers to understand user experience design principles and customer journey optimization.
- Partner with product marketing to understand go‑to‑market strategies and customer communication approaches.
- Participate in agile development processes and learn best practices for product delivery.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, roadmaps, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in the analysis of product performance through the adoption funnel of mobile and SaaS products.
- Learn and apply product planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks.
What You’ll Need
- A post‑secondary degree in computer science, business, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2‑5 years of experience in analytics, growth, technology, consulting, or related field.
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
- Understanding of (or a keen interest in) identity protocols like OAuth2 or SAML, and comfort navigating the logistical complexities of global billing systems and subscription lifecycles.
- Interest to build a career in software product management, with a keen interest in technology products.
