Compensation and Early Targets

Commission only with uncapped earnings. The commission band is 20–40% of first‐year revenue on every deal you close. Example: close $200,000 in first‐year ARR and earn $40,000–$80,000 in commission. Exact percentage is negotiable for the right candidate. You will receive marketing collateral and onboarding support and will influence future materials by identifying gaps and needs.
