A growing and well-established recruitment business is looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its team on the Wirral. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with sales, customer service or recruitment experience who is keen to build a long-term career in recruitment. The role * Build and develop new and existing client relationships * Source, engage and qualify candidates * Make outbound calls and develop your own network * Manage vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement * Work towards achievable targets and earn commission * Receive full training and ongoing support About you We're looking for personality, ambition and drive rather than years of recruitment experience.
