REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of proven, continuous experience as HR Business Partner within a dynamic, fast-paced software development environment.
  • Mature understanding of the HRBP role with a strong business- and data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management.
  • Advanced expertise in HR Analytics.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic understanding of modern tech environments.
  • Education: preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic partner to Middle and Senior Management.
  • Drive HR analytics initiatives by leveraging workforce data.
  • Oversee comprehensive change programs.
  • Anticipate, evaluate, and mitigate HR risks.
  • Support dedicated Business Units in the Performance review, Promotion, and Compensation management processes.
  • Regularly review, influence, and execute employee experience strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
  • Coordinate with internal functions inside and outside the People org.
