My client, who are a family run business, have ambitious plans to continue the growth of the company and are looking to add a Works Manager to their Fencing team. We are looking for an experienced individual, who will play a key role with the delivery of fencing and gate installations in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Works Manager:
- Attending Client Site Visits/Surveys
- Running of installation teams day to day
- Overseeing the training and development of your team
- Maintain effective communication with management to ensure smooth delivery and completion of works
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Works Manager:
- Prior experience carrying out steel and timber fencing and gate installation
- First class communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other third party stakeholders/contractors
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Experience of leading a multi-skilled team
My client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 DOE, plus bonuses.
