Hooray is proud to be supporting Read for Good, a vibrant national children's literacy charity, in their search for a Trust and Grants Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strategic, people-centred fundraiser to join a passionate team and help shape the future of a small but mighty charity making a big impact.

As a Trust and Grants Manager, you will:

  • Lead on all trust and foundation fundraising, from prospect research to pipeline management
  • Create engaging, evidence-based proposals that win five- and six-figure grants. You’ll be responsible for securing £400-500k per year
  • Build and steward long-term funder relationships
  • Contribute to strategic development and fundable programme design
  • Deliver accurate and inspiring impact reports that demonstrate the power of Read for Good’s work

To be successful as a Trust and Grants Manager, you will:

  • Have proven success in securing large-scale grants from trusts/foundations
  • Be experienced in managing a high-value pipeline and meeting ambitious income targets
  • Have outstanding written communication
  • Be a strategic thinker with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration
  • Have a passion for literacy, education, and empowering children’s wellbeing

In return, we are offering an annual salary of up to £41,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note this is a full-time permanent position, however, part-time will also be considered.
