Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? This vital role is all about keeping things running smoothly – from managing engineers’ diaries and scheduling appointments to ensuring excellent communication with both clients and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Schedule and manage engineer appointments
  • Prioritise urgent call-outs and uphold SLAs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and engineers
  • Maintain and distribute on-call rotas and out-of-hours updates
  • Keep calendars and records accurate
  • Send reminders, reports, certifications, and quotes
  • Support departmental invoicing and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Clear and professional communication style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes quickly
  • Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or admin role
  • Knowledge of accountancy practices would be beneficial but not essential

What You’ll Get:
