As a key member of our property team, you will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. The Residential Property Lawyer will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by experienced colleagues and excellent back-office support.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages from start to finish
  • Handling a busy caseload with professionalism delivering clear and practical legal advice on a wide range of property matters
  • Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage providers, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor (1 year PQE min) with experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage transactions from start to finish independently
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
