Hooray are delighted to be supporting a well established client to assist in the recruitment for a Regional Housing Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Benefits: Hybrid working policy (2:3) Car allowance 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Enhanced pension contribution Refer a friend scheme Cycle to work scheme Employee Assistance Programme Continued career professional development Access to a discount platform As a Regional Housing Manager, you will: Provide effective tenancy and leasehold management in line with policies and procedures Support and manage the performance of staff who handle anti-social behaviour, tenancy changes, shared ownership and rent arrears Work closely with the Head of Tenancy & Leasehold to fill voids and maximise allocation Build strong relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders Ensure all fire risk assessments are in place and routine inspections are carried out Ensure all new services across the southwest are implemented effectively To be successful as a Regional Housing Manager, you will: Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle Have extensive experience working within a housing association Be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders Have previous line management experience Remain calm under pressure, and able to work to strict deadlines In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £50,500 depending on experience. Please note, regular travel across the southwest will be required.
