The Role

  • Full 360 position covering the full recruitment process
  • Build a strong network of candidates within your industry sector
  • Conduct in depth client briefings to understand company recruitment needs and culture
  • Source, advertise, and recruit top talent
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Drive consistent sales activity (calls and meetings)

  • Successful track record of consistent annual billings
