What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Manager role:

• Managing your own portfolio of properties

• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to manage maintenance issues

• Maintain thorough and accurate database records

• Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation

• First class communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills

• ARLA qualified would be highly desirable

• UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car

• 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays

• 2 extra days holiday over the Christmas period, My client is offering an annual salary of £25-30,000 depending on experience.
