Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis!

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of managers to develop a person centred approach within their homes
  • Ensure compliance across the homes
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the supported living services across the region
  • Provide temporary cover in the absence of the home manager
  • Build relationships with the local authority to ensure we are a provider of choice
  • Carry out specific development projects across the region

To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Have significant experience of working at a management level within the health & social care sector
  • Have at least two years experience working as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Be experienced in managing change
  • Be confident in implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Hold an NVQ Level 5 in health & social care or equivalent

In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £46,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position!
