We\’re working with a fantastic provider of education in Gloucester to find a dedicated Lecturer in Early Years to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures and workshops to students
- Supporting and assessing students\\\’ progress, ensuring they\\\’re on track to succeed
- Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
- Providing pastoral support to students and acting as a personal tutor
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, DTTLS).
- Experience teaching Early Years at Level 3 and above
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and relevant educational frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for Early Years education and helping students reach their full potential

We are offering an hourly rate of 33.00. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position and is expected to last at least 2 months, however, possibility to be extended.
