Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning Support team
  • Maintain accurate records and databases relating to student support needs
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, reviews, and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from staff, students, and parents
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (education setting desirable but not essential)
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A flexible, positive approach and commitment to supporting learners

Additional information

In return, we are offering an hourly rate of 17.74. This is a full-time position, expected to last 4 weeks.
