My client, who is an ambitious and well-established independent Estate and Lettings Agency, is looking to add an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to their successful sales team within their Cheltenham office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Estate Agency Sales Negotiator:
  • Registering applicants, carrying out viewings, negotiating sales
  • Self-generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop strong, long-standing client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Estate Agency Sales Negotiator:
  • Previous experience working in a Sales Negotiator position preferred
  • First-class communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own business appropriate car

My client is offering a base salary of £24,000 - £28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be around £36,000.
