Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long-standing client to recruit for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will:

  • Carry out repairs to the premises on a day-to-day basis
  • Prepare facilities for pre-arranged events and external activities
  • Ensure business vehicles are maintained and regular checks completed
  • Carry out emergency cleaning duties as required
  • Deputise for the Site Manager and manage the Site & Facilities team
  • Lock and Unlock the premises – including mornings and evenings
  • Liaise with contractors to complete specific work
  • Undertake regular health & safety checks ensuring accurate documentation

To be successful as an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Hold a trade qualification (NVQ or Apprenticeship)
  • Have experience of completing maintenance work/DIY to a high standard
  • Have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • Hold a Full Driving Licence
  • Be proficient in the use of technology/IT
  • Have demonstrable experience of working within a similar role

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to 31,600 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
