As a Deputy Exams Manager, you will:

Support the management and administration of internal and external examinations

Ensure compliance with examination regulations and guidelines

Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure accurate student data entry

Oversee the preparation and distribution of exam timetables

Manage secure storage and dispatch of exam papers

Supervise invigilation arrangements and train invigilators

Respond to queries from students, parents, and staff

To be successful, you will:

Have experience in exams administration

Knowledge of awarding body regulations and examination procedures (e.g., JCQ, Pearson, City & Guilds, Pearson).

Proven managerial experience

Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Be proficient in Microsoft Office, ideally with experience in student data management systems

Salary: Up to £34,763 per annum.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
