My client is a leading law firm who due to continued growth are looking to add a Credit Controller to their revenue management team based in Cheltenham.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Credit Controller:

Ø Liaise with internal departments and clients on overdue balances

Ø Support in achieving revenue collection targets

Ø Keep detailed and accurate logs of actions and conversations

Ø Liaise with the debt recovery team as and when appropriate

Ø Produce monthly reports and statements

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Credit Controller:

Ø First class communication and relationship building skills

Ø Excellent attention to detail

Ø Ideally you will be an experienced user of Excel

Ø Solution focussed

My client is offering an annual salary of £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.
