Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to recruit for a Building Services Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis! Benefits: Continued career professional development Free onsite parking Award winning training Use of onsite fitness suite and facilities Medical/Wellbeing cash back scheme Life Assurance Access to a discount platform As a Building Services Officer, you will: Carry out compliance checks across all buildings Monitor and perform checks alongside the maintenance teams Conduct audits to ensure quality control across all sites Produce reports on a quarterly basis, outlining areas for improvement Liaise with external contractors with regards to preventative maintenance To be successful as a Building Services Officer, you will: Demonstrate a good working knowledge of health & safety regulations Have demonstrable experience in producing H&S risk assessments Have previous experience of working as part of an estates/facilities team Hold a full UK driving licence & have access to a vehicle Holding a NEBOSH qualification would be advantageous In return, my client are offering an annual salary of £26,000 per annum.
