Respond to customer calls/emails and confirm appointments

Process and coordinate orders

Update the system and records resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise

General admin support for the team

Administration experience, scheduling experience is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills – will ability to prioritis

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong IT skills – comfortable updating spreadsheets on excel
The salary is up to GBP24,250 DOE
