Bishops Cleeve (1 day from home) Up to £40k DOE Full Time, Permanent

Are you ready to lead the marketing strategy of a forward-thinking renewable energy company? Due to growth, a Marketing Manager opportunity has become available to join an award-winning company. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

The Role

  • Developing the Marketing Strategy – Creating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including budgeting and market targeting.
  • Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns – Oversee and implement across digital, social media, email, events, PR, and traditional media.
  • Digital Marketing – Optimising online visibility through SEO and social media strategies while analysing website performance and customer engagement.
  • Event Planning – Identifying and managing participation in key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Content Development – Managing content production, including blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience needs.
  • Market Research – Conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership – Managing and developing a Senior Business Development Executive to drive performance.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting – Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness, using insights to improve future strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role with a track record of implementing key marketing strategies.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, and CRM platform experience.
  • The ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Ideally have experience line managing, or coaching/mentoring experience.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.
