Our academy has grown significantly over the last decade, expanding from four to nine classrooms, including our nursery and preschool provision.
The role:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, Teaching Assistant who:
β’ Enjoys working with children and has high expectations for their behaviour, and personal development.
β’ Has a keenness to support children with additional learning needs.
β’ Is a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
β’ The post holder will assist the classroom teacher and work with small groups of children in Year 3 to support their learning needs.
β’ Experience of working with children with additional learning needs would be desirable, but not essential as training can be offered in post.
β’ Values the Christian ethos of our academy and fosters a caring and supportive environment.
