Lord Scudamore Academy in Hereford is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support Year 6 pupils as they prepare for the next stage of their education. You will work closely with the Year 6 class teacher to deliver targeted support aimed at raising attainment in reading, writing and mathematics, including small-group interventions and 1:1 guidance.

You will contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom, monitor progress and feed back to teachers, and help pupils close gaps in learning.
