What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day‑to‑day shifts, coordinating assessments to ensure the highest personalised care and support.
- Acting as a role model, providing guidance and supervision to Support Workers and agency staff.
- Supporting the management team with audits, quality monitoring and compliance to CQC and Hoople standards.
- Developing innovative activities and opportunities that help people live full, active lives.
- Managing medication rounds and maintain MARS, ensuring records, medication and safety processes are always up to date and compliant.
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals and the wider community.
About You
You’re an experienced Support Worker, Senior Carer or Team Leader who’s ready to step up. You hold a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards. You have great IT skills. You’re passionate about person‑centred care, a natural organiser, and confident communicating with staff, professionals and families. You take pride in high standards and want to see people (and teams) flourish.
