Herefordshire Council is seeking an Early Years Improvement Advisor to support high-quality early years provision across Herefordshire. The role requires QTS and leadership experience, with preference for Ofsted inspector background, and involves writing and delivering training to providers such as nurseries, childminders and reception classes.

You will help raise standards, mentor practitioners, and implement EYFS policies while collaborating with families and partners to secure better outcomes.
