About You:
- Experience in health/social care or eager to learn (full training provided)
- Flexible with shifts including evenings, weekends & nights
- Compassionate, respectful, and committed to supporting independence
- Team player confident working independently
- Excellent communicator who values confidentiality
Your Role:
- Provide tailored daily care (dressing, meals, medication)
- Support residents’ wellbeing and encourage social engagement
- Collaborate with professionals to follow care plans
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with families
- Use mobility aids safely and create a homely environment
- Participate in ongoing training
