- Conduct a variety of adult social work duties, from Care Act Assessments and person‑centred support planning to Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries.
- Apply experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.
- Work with a strength‑based approach to empower individuals and champion independence.
- Engage in crucial CHC and S117 work to ensure seamless support.
