- Supporting residents to stay connected with their community, culture, and interests
- Monitoring participation and evaluating the success of activities
- Maintaining accurate records using digital and paper-based systems
- Contributing to a safe, respectful and person-centred environment
- Occasionally supporting residents with support care needs during activities
About you: We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about improving the lives of others
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Empathetic, patient, and kind
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Motivated to encourage and inspire others
You’ll also have:
- Experience working in health and social care, or with vulnerable adults
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Digital skills to research, plan and organise activities
- An understanding of person-centred care and health promotion
Additional requirements:
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to drive (to support community activities and outings)
