Overview

Job Title: Autism Advisory Teacher – Inclusion Outreach Service. Hours: 36.20 Term Time Only. Salary: Teachers\' Upper Pay Range £47,472 - £51,048 pro rata. Contract: Permanent. The Role

We are looking for an inspiring Advisory Teacher with a passion for inclusion and a specialism in Autism and Communication & Interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, evolving Inclusion Outreach Service, where no two days are the same and every day makes a difference.

You will work directly with mainstream schools, offering expert advice, guidance and practical strategies to ensure children and young people with Autism and additional needs are fully included and able to thrive. From modelling classroom approaches to delivering impactful training, you will be at the heart of building confidence and capacity in schools so that staff feel equipped to meet diverse needs.

We want someone with proven experience of working with children and young people with Autism, who can communicate with clarity and enth/usiasm, and who has the drive to shape practice and inspire others. You will be flexible, reflective and ready/ to make a real impact. In return, you’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, with opportunities to develop your expertise and play a key role in transforming inclusive practice across the area.
