GEM Hereford is an independent co-educational school which provides meaningful, bespoke education within a supportive learning environment. We are recruiting an HLTA with experience, passion, and skills in educating children with neurodivergent diagnoses.

The successful applicants will have the following:

  • Experience across Key Stages, particularly KS3-4.
  • A passion for working with children with SEND, particularly those with neurodiverse or trauma diagnoses.
  • Excellent skills in working within a team.

Our school caters for students from Key Stage 2, 3 & 4 with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, trauma and related diagnoses. We recognise that every student is different, yet equal, and all staff are committed to treating each young person inclusively, with compassion and understanding.
