  • Strong customer service focus is important as you handle emails, phone calls and written correspondence.
  • Respond to requests, including making amendments to transport provision while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Support monitoring of transport contracts and performance to meet required standards.
  • Contribute to data entry, reporting and preparation of documents that support both operational and strategic work.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and support continuous improvement.

About You

  • Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing and maintaining accurate records, and handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, transport operators, schools and service users.
  • Professional and customer‑focused approach is essential, alongside the ability to respond to enquiries clearly and effectively in writing and over the phone.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • Interest in supporting public services and delivering vital transport provision to local communities, willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

We Offer

  • Salary range of £25,989 - £28,142.
