Are you passionate about developing young people to be the best version of themselves? Hoople's Study Programme is aimed at 16-19yr olds, and those up to the age of 24 with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP), who struggle in mainstream education, supporting learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs and disabilities. Our aim is to support these young people, who are not yet ready to enter further education, work, or onto an apprenticeship and help prepare them for the next steps in their lives.
We are looking for 2 x Teaching Assistants to support in the classroom. You will need a positive approach, an ability to motivate and inspire, along with creative and organisational skills.
