Location: Southbank Close, Hereford

Shift pattern: 7am-2.30pm (early), 2pm-9.30pm (late), alternate weekends

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Join our team at Southbank as a Support Worker, where you’ll provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll work closely with our residents, delivering meaningful activities, providing personal care, and promoting choice and independence in a warm and welcoming environment. We offer flexible working hours, including full and part-time roles, with a rota that includes every other weekend.

Southbank is a specialist service providing residential care for adults with learning disabilities. Supporting seven amazing individuals across three linked bungalows, we create a safe and engaging home where everyone is empowered to live life their way.
