Herefordshire Council is seeking a Family Group Decision Making Coordinator to support families in Herefordshire to develop their own plans that keep children safe and thriving.

You will work independently as a neutral facilitator within the Families First journey, coordinating conferences and enabling voice, choice and empowerment for families.

This role focuses on safeguarding, relational approaches and collaborative work with social workers and partners to embed family-led decision making.
