Responsibilities
- Lead the FGDM team day-to-day, maintaining oversight of workload, prioritisation and case progression, and responding to safeguarding concerns or operational pressures as they emerge.
- Provide practice advice, guidance and decision‑making support, promoting timely, strengths‑based, family‑led planning and removing barriers with teams and partners.
- Deliver reflective supervision and support staff wellbeing, case progression, risk and safety planning, and practice quality.
- Drive quality and improvement through monthly activity and QA reporting, using performance data to inform supervision and service development.
- Produce quarterly service performance and impact reporting, contribute to thematic audits, support governance forums and inspection readiness, and ensure learning is implemented.
- Contribute to annual self‑evaluation and service review, policy and practice development, business planning and workforce development priorities.
