An exciting opportunity is now available to join the Hoople Desktop team, where you'll support a diverse range of public and private sector clients, including Herefordshire Council and Wye Valley NHS Trust. As part of a large, collaborative support team, you'll tackle a variety of ICT challenges, resolving customer issues related to desktop hardware/peripherals, and software both remotely and on-site at over 100 locations across Herefordshire.
We’re seeking someone with strong desktop support skills who thrives in delivering excellent customer service and is experienced in working to service level agreements (SLAs). You’ll also play a key role in supporting important projects, such as hardware and software deployments.
This full-time role is specifically looking for a flexible approach as it will involve travel to sites both within and outside of the County, and will require you to adapt to a range of working hours including a rota based shift working until 20:00 on weekdays and rota based shift work out of hours/weekend/Bank Holiday work.
