About The Role

Care Assistant – Hillside

Salary £12.76 per hour | Permanent | Full time 37.5 hours or Part time

About You

  • Experience in health/social care or eager to learn (full training provided)
  • Flexible with shifts including evenings, weekends & nights
  • Compassionate, respectful, and committed to supporting independence
  • Team player confident working independently
  • Excellent communicator who values confidentiality

Your Role

  • Provide tailored daily care (dressing, meals, medication)
  • Support residents’ wellbeing and encourage social engagement
  • Collaborate with professionals to follow care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with families
  • Use mobility aids safely and create a homely environment
  • Participate in ongoing training
