About The Role

  • Contract: Fixed Term
  • Location: Wigmore Primary/Nursery School
  • Hours: 12.5 per week (Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 6pm)
  • Salary: £12.76 per hour
  • Annual Leave: To be taken during Term Holidays

Responsibilities

  • As a Cleaning Operative, you will carry out a variety of housekeeping tasks, safely and professionally and to a high standard.
  • Cleaning of designated areas within the school
  • Mopping and sweeping floors
  • Use of vacuum cleaners for cleaning of carpets
  • Cleaning desks and other furniture
  • Cleaning of kitchenettes
  • Cleaning washrooms
  • Use and handling chemicals
  • Empty waste bins, remove rubbish to collection areas
  • Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
