Responsibilities
- Working both directly (providing support to parents directly) and indirectly (working with volunteers and partner organisations) with families and children.
- Planning, managing and delivering outcomes-focused support.
- Working alongside the wider team to contribute to the effective day-to-day operation and development of our organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant experience (paid or voluntary).
- Prioritise excellent safeguarding practices and some knowledge of the roles of agencies providing services for children and families.
- Demonstrate an understanding of non-judgemental support and of the values and ethos of the organisation.
- An enhanced disclosure check will be required.
Location and Travel
- Based at our offices at Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas, Hereford.
- Will require travel across the county.
- A valid driving licence and use of own car are essential (expenses paid).
