The Role Herefordshire Community Wellbeing is seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated, and professionally confident Triage Officer to join our welcoming and supportive team. Contract Fixed Term Until 01.07.2027 Location: Blue School House Hours: 37 hours Salary: HC05 £25,989 - £28,142 Closing date: Wednesday 24th June 2026 What will you be doing? Serve as the first point of contact in a busy housing team, working with customers to support them to complete their homeless application. Follow a script; housing experience is not necessary but desirable. Customers may present in person or over the telephone, with correspondence alternating between both. Once the application is complete and forms of identification are collated, the application is passed for assessment.
