Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? At Southbank, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and help us provide exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities.
About Southbank
Southbank is a specialist service offering residential and respite care for adults with learning disabilities. We support seven wonderful individuals across three linked bungalows, including a dedicated respite service. Our aim is to create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment where individuals are empowered to live their lives to the fullest.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in transforming lives. You'll work closely with our residents, developing and delivering creative activities, providing personal care, and promoting independence. Your work will be central to the well-being and happiness of the individuals you support, making each day meaningful and rewarding.
We offer full and part-time hours, including every other weekend, on a flexible rota basis.
