We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and holds a qualifying degree.
  • Has a deep understanding of current legislation and its real‑world impact.
  • Possesses the drive to potentially pursue qualifications in Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional.
  • Collaborates effectively with external agencies to build strong partnerships.

We’re Looking For An Advocate With:

  • A Social Work England registration and a relevant qualification.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation and guidance.
  • A track record of effective, person‑centred assessment and care management.
  • The drive to develop into a Best Interest Assessor or Approved Mental Health Professional.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Take on a thrilling variety of adult social work, from Care Act Assessments and person‑centred support planning to Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries.
  • Apply your experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.
  • Work with a strength‑based approach to empower individuals and champion independence.
  • Engage in crucial CHC and S117 work to ensure seamless support.
  • Thrive in a supportive culture that offers regular supervision and celebrates your professional growth.

You Will:

  • Transform lives with comprehensive Care Act Assessments and bespoke support plans.
  • Navigate complex situations with expertise in Section 42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and more.
  • Collaborate fearlessly with a variety of partner agencies to ensure holistic care.
  • Never stop growing with regular supervision and funded opportunities to specialise in your area of interest.
